NF Alumni Mentoring
Mentoring is a form of collaboration that enables the exchange of experience, mutual learning, and the development of a professional relationship between a graduate of the Faculty of Economics at Prague University of Economics and Business (the mentor) and a student of the Faculty of Economics at Prague University of Economics and Business (the mentee). Through the program, mentees can gain valuable knowledge, insights, and practical skills from experienced alumni. Mentors, in turn, have the opportunity to share their experience and support students as they navigate their studies, personal development, and future careers.
Key Areas of the Program
- Goal setting and career planning
- Sharing experience, advice, and practical tips
- Work-life balance
- Personal development
Program Structure
The program begins with the application process and the matching of mentors and mentees, followed by an introductory meeting. Mentor–mentee pairs then work together throughout the academic year, with the opportunity to participate in optional workshops and other program activities. The program concludes with a final meeting and evaluation. Participants who successfully complete the program receive a certificate of completion of the NF Alumni Mentoring Program 2026/27.
Mentor–mentee pairs are carefully matched based on the information provided in the application forms, with the aim of creating mutually compatible partnerships.
